1/3 cup chia seeds
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1/3 cup cacao
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Add all of ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously to make sure they combine perfectly. Next, adjust the sweetness with maple syrup.Last step,let the mixture rest covered in the fridge overnight or at least 3-5 hours until it’s in a gel pudding-like consistency.

The leftovers can be kept covered in the fridge for 2-3 days if you really don’t have time cooking, though they taste best when fresh.
